Jeżyce
Poznań's most vibrant district — right at your door.
World-class food and culture
Jeżyce is Poznań's culinary and cultural heart — countless restaurants serving cuisines from around the world, atmospheric cafés, the legendary Teatr Nowy and the Rialto cinema — all within a short walk from your new apartment.
The city's fastest-growing district
For years now, Jeżyce has steadily attracted new residents, investors and creative entrepreneurs. Rising property prices, new businesses and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere make it one of Poznań's most desirable addresses.
Sołacz and greenery around the corner
Kościelna 47 borders Sołacz — one of the greenest neighbourhoods in Poznań. Park Sołacki, one of the oldest and most beautiful parks in the city, is just a 5-minute walk from your new apartment. A stroll to Park Wodziczki takes the same. Two parks, the nearby Golęcin sports facilities, walks, running and cycling — everything you need close to home, no car required.

The neighbourhood is changing
A park just outside your window. Literally.
Soon, instead of a busy street, there will be a park and a traffic-calmed zone. The City of Poznań has decided to rebuild the central strip of Kościelna Street — creating a true linear park: with ponds, meadows full of wildflowers and rows of new trees offering shade on summer afternoons.
The project budget is close to PLN 15 million. Works are due to finish by 2028 — residents of Kościelna 47 will move in right next to the new park.
Calmed traffic means fewer cars, more greenery and cleaner air. For residents, that means a noticeably better quality of life.
